On my personal blog I posted about moving from a DBVT orientation to using DRIVE as my custom code base for Community Server projects. The intention is for me to work with the Drive Framework even more integrated into my coding and thinking. One of the results should be more posts here with examples of Drive in action.
On Day One of that orientation change I added a new template to the Drive Framework CodeSmith Library, so hopefully it will continue to yield Drive dividends. The new template creates the structure for a Community Server Content Fragment class, or sidebar widget in the User vernacular. It is located in the Library "Controls" folder. The documentation for the new Create Content Fragment.cst template is located here.
When adding a new template to the library I would like to be able to provide the template as a separate download. Because a new method was added to the DRIVEHelper.cs CodeBehind, it is required to download the entire library, now at Version 1.0.2. That can be downloaded here.
